Using the platform means you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+, provide accurate info, and keep credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
3. The Platform
DemandSa is a marketplace connecting customers, technicians, and providers. We facilitate but do not provide the underlying services ourselves.
4. Bookings & Payments
Prices are shown before confirmation. Payment is processed through licensed Saudi gateways. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.
5. User Conduct
- No fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
- No bypassing the platform to avoid fees.
- No false reviews or impersonation.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software belong to DemandSa or its licensors. Limited personal use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Within the limits permitted by law, DemandSa's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related booking.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account anytime in Settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved in Saudi courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app.
