1. Data We Collect
We collect data you provide directly and data generated by using the platform:
- Account details: name, phone, email, city.
- Booking details: service requested, location, schedule.
- Device & usage: IP address, device type, app interactions.
- Payment metadata: processed through licensed PSPs; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To fulfill bookings and connect you with technicians.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To improve the platform and personalize your experience.
- To send service updates and (with consent) marketing.
4. Retention
We keep account data as long as your account is active. After closure, identifying data is removed within 30 days; anonymized records may be retained for analytics.
5. Your Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from Settings → Privacy, or email privacy@demandsa.com.
6. Security
We use TLS for all traffic, encrypt sensitive fields at rest, and apply role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure; report any vulnerability to security@demandsa.com.
7. Children
DemandSa is intended for users 18 years or older.
