KYC & Verification Policy

How we verify technicians, providers, and customers to keep everyone safe.

Verification is the foundation of DemandSa. No technician or provider can accept work before completing identity verification, and the blue verified badge is granted only after full review.

1. Technician Verification

  • National ID or Iqama (valid, unexpired).
  • Live selfie matched against the ID document.
  • Phone and email verification.
  • Trade certifications and experience proof where applicable.
  • Work permit for regulated professions.

2. Provider (Company) Verification

  • Commercial Registration (CR) document.
  • National Address certificate.
  • VAT registration where applicable.
  • Owner identity verification.
  • Company profile, service categories, and team roster review.

3. Customer Verification

Customers verify a phone number (OTP) before booking. Additional verification may be requested for high-value construction projects or job posts.

4. Blue Verified Badge

The blue badge appears only after all required documents are approved and the profile completion reaches 100%. It is revoked automatically if a document expires or verification is withdrawn.

5. Review Timeline

Standard review takes 24–72 hours. You'll be notified in-app and by email at each step: submitted → under review → approved / needs changes.

6. Rejection & Re-submission

If a document is rejected you'll receive a specific reason. You may re-submit corrected documents at any time; there is no limit on re-submissions made in good faith.

7. Document Expiry

We track expiry dates and remind you 30 days in advance. Expired critical documents pause your ability to receive new jobs until renewed.

8. How We Handle Your Documents

KYC documents are stored encrypted, accessed only by the verification team, and never shared with customers or third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
